  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Unauthorized use, misuse, or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination of your access.

You agree not to use DukaPro ERP App:

  • To distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • To engage in activities that interfere with the operation of the service or others' use of it.
  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within DukaPro ERP App remain the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business operations.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of DukaPro ERP App after changes have been posted means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

DukaPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use threatens the security or integrity of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
